The Addiction Open Access Hotline is a 24/7 helpline (716-831-7007) available in Western New York. The hotline provides individuals, families, and loved ones with an immediate connection to substance use disorder treatment services and resources. When you call the hotline you can expect to speak with a professional who will talk with you about your situation and then link you to the appropriate care and next steps, such as detox, inpatient or outpatient services. The hotline is made possible thanks to our partners and health care providers from Erie, Niagara, Allegany, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties.

Crisis Services assists Western New Yorkers during the most difficult times in their lives. We are an ever present lifeline and provide first responders to anyone in crisis: those struggling with mental illness, drug or alcohol addiction, thoughts of suicide, as well as victims of domestic or sexual violence. Erie County Medical Center (ECMC)
The ECMC Corporation was established as a New York State Public Benefit Corporation and since 2004 has included an advanced academic medical center with 573 inpatient beds, on- and off-campus health centers, more than 30 outpatient specialty care services and Terrace View, a 390-bed long-term care facility. ECMC is Western New York’s only Level 1 Adult Trauma Center, as well as a regional center for burn care, behavioral health services, transplantation, medical oncology and head & neck cancer care, rehabilitation and a major teaching facility for the University at Buffalo. Most ECMC physicians, dentists and pharmacists are dedicated faculty members of the university and/or members of a private practice plan. Beacon Center is an outpatient substance use disorder treatment program with locations in Buffalo and Amherst. We provide a number of specialized programs and services for adolescents, adults and their families. In addition, medication assisted treatment is also available.

Brooks-TLC Hospital System
Brooks-TLC Hospital System, Inc. provides a diverse range of quality health care services in northern Chautauqua, southern Erie and northwest Cattaraugus counties, NY. The newly-merged system includes Brooks Memorial Hospital, a 65-bed general medical and surgical hospital in Dunkirk, NY and TLC Health, located at Lake Shore Health Care Center, Irving, NY, offering substance abuse and mental health services, emergency care and outpatient services. The Council on Addiction Recovery Services (CAReS) is a substance abuse services agency primarily serving Cattaraugus County, New York. CAReS provides substance abuse Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Services. Treatment Services include Outpatient and Residential Services. CAReS has outpatient clinics in Gowanda, Machias, Olean, and Salamanca, New York.
Clubhouse Buffalo is designed for 16 to 23 year old’s on their path to recovery from a substance use disorder or those who may be at risk for developing a disorder. Our model facilitates empowerment and ownership for young adults while creating a healthy and supportive community that they can rely on.
Endeavor Health Services
Serving the community of Western New York since 1972, Endeavor Health Services is a private, not-for-profit organization which provides a wide array of behavioral health services. The mission of Endeavor Health Services is to collaborate with clients, families, and communities to promote wellness and recovery through an array of mental health and chemical dependency treatment, education, and support services.
Erie County Department of Mental Health
The Erie County Department of Mental Health provides administrative leadership and ensures the coordination of a community based behavioral health system that is accessible, comprehensive, person centered and recovery focused. The Department of Mental Health is administratively responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring programs of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation involving mental health, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and alcohol and substance abuse services.
Evergreen Health fosters healthy communities by providing behavioral services to individuals and families that are 18 and over, especially those who are living with chronic illness or who are underserved by the healthcare system. Evergreen offers individual and group counseling, psychiatry and medication assisted treatment. Because we use a Harm Reduction model, our clients can count on us to be:

Niagara County Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services
The Niagara County Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services provides an array of services for behavioral health needs including; Two Adult Outpatient Integrated Care Clinics which provide mental health treatment, substance use treatment, and basic primary care; 24 hour Crisis Services; Home and Community Based Services; Adult and Childrens SPOA; Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) Program; Hospital Diversion Program; Forensic Case Management Program; and Partnership for Healthy Aging Program.
Northpointe Council, Inc. (formerly the Alcoholism Council in Niagara County) is a not-for profit human service organization governed through its Board of Directors and membership. The Council has been involved in education, counseling , treatment, emergency, and special services since its inception in 1970.
The agency is funded through the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, Niagara County Department of Mental Health, Niagara County STOP DWI, Niagara County Youth Bureau, The United Ways of Greater Niagara, the Tonawandas and through contributions from organizations and individuals in the community. The Council is an affiliate of: The Niagara Network of Chemical Dependency Treatment Providers, The Western New York Chemical Dependency Consortium, The Council of Addictions of New York State, Inc., Niagara Behavioral Healthcare Network, and the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. (NCADD).
The Council offers a wide range of specific and affiliated services through its interrelated programs. These services are provided to individuals, families, companies, schools, and the community. Its programs networking together form a continuum of care and services for Individuals. These services are further enhanced with other alcohol and substance abuse services in the community. This forms a complete service delivery system focusing on prevention, intervention, and treatment. Each program of the Council is interdependent and vital to this delivery system.
Renaissance Addiction Services, Inc. (RASI)
We offer a full continuum of care including: Early Intervention, Stabilization, Rehabilitation and Reintegration (Halfway House). All of the services provided on the campus are both person centered and trauma informed. We work collaboratively with those we serve and we focus on the impact trauma has had on individual lives as well as its impact on recovery and needed services. Save the Michaels
Save the Michaels is a grass roots addiction advocacy and education organization that can connect a person with inpatient treatment within 2-24 hours, can transport them to treatment, and also connects the families and the individual with Recovery Coaches for long term support.

WNY United Against Drug & Alcohol Abuse
WNY United Against Drug & Alcohol Abuse, Inc is a primary prevention agency working in 11 different Buffalo Public Schools, four suburban school districts and one charter school. Prevention Specialists are in their buildings teaching an age appropriate, comprehensive social emotional prevention curriculum to grades K-8. In tangent WNY United provides a fully developed scientifically validated environmental prevention plan to support school based programming. Annually we serve 10,000 students with classroom based services and over 100,000 community members through environmental services.
