This helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for residents of Erie, Niagara, Allegany, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties who are struggling with a substance use disorder.
Along with helping individuals, the hotline is also here to help families who have a loved one with a substance use disorder.
The hotline is staffed by professionals and will link you or a loved one to care and treatment near you.

Horizon is the largest provider of substance use and mental health disorder services in the Western New York area.
Horizon is a not-for-profit corporation that provides an array of comprehensive services to assist individuals and loved ones, including:
- Horizon Village Terrace House offers alternatives to traditional hospitalization for detox and stabilization.
- Horizon offers residential and outpatient services including individual counseling, group therapy, family counseling, psychiatry and medication assisted treatment, including Suboxone.
- Horizon offers opiate overdose prevention kits (Narcan) and training.
